This won't clear up a UTI but it could give you ulcers because of the asprin content and it will thin you blood alot if you take too much.

Drink alot of water, drink cranberry juice (no other fluids for a few days) and take 8 to 10 garlic capsules each day and see if that will clear it up. If not, you need to see a doctor.
