I know of the 8months(Drug HRZE) . is it the type of drug that determine the length of the treatment.


Answers:

TB infection- 6 months.
TB disease ( primary) - 8 months.
TB disease disseminated ( involving secondary sites)- 9 months.
TB of bones or meninges- 12 months.
