Has anyone here used Melatonin? Did it help you sleep better?

I keep a bottle by my bed. It is the most natural sleep aid you can find, as melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone. I usually only need 1 500mg pill, and no matter how wired I am, within 10 minutes I feel a rush of drowsiness, and I am usually asleep within 15 minutes...it never fails. Also, a benefit is that you you don't wake up groggy because it is natural. Sweet dreams!
