Gallstones form from precipitated cholesterol, which is normally produced by your liver. Changes in your biochemistry and heredity play a major role. Pregnant women are more susceptible to gallstones because of biochemical changes.
As far as I know, there is no way of flushing them out. Yes, there are millions of people out there who will tell you otherwise. Many are sincere in their belief; many are plain misinformed, and many others just want your money.
To believe ANY of the claims I would like to see hard evidence, not anectodal evidence!
Also, be careful with herbal remedies. Just because they're described as "healthy, natural, organic", etc. etc. does not mean they are harmless - if you don't know them you can easily misuse them and abuse them!
