My right leg pains while standing only?
MR scan reveals moderate generalized arthropathy most severe at L5_S1 level.pain is on only standing,if i sit for 5minutes i am ok. walking is fine no pain.Dr. gave anti inflametery med.I had CABG in 2000.in very good health.now

hi!well i can presume that either u stand for long hoursor u stand for long.do u stand in a straight posture?do u actuelly relax in between.do some leg exercises.i wud suggest you yoga.go to ur yoga expert/instructor,he will tell u really effective exercises tell him that uve aproblem in L5_s1is effected.take proper diet rich in calcium n phosphorus specially a combination of all nutrients n pls avoid any kind of medicine if nt required.may god bless u with a disease-freelife.hallelujah!1
