Cannabis-Ever heards of a water plant?!

Question: Cannabis-Ever heards of a water plant?
For here, a water plant means that the weed seedling is full of water(looks tall and skinny) and supposedly it will be no good. As in that the plant won't have any THC on its' bud. So do I throw them out or keep them? Personally I think they're uneducated in growing and that I should keep them and let them grow because my logic says that the product will be fine.
---I don't really know what to do!---

persoanally, i always believed in quality. can't even imagine what you mean by water plant, but it sounds sub par. why put time and energy into a less than prime product? if a plant is infected with something, do you want to risk the others? of course not. need to isolate it soon as possible. bag it in plastic, and remove at once.
