Surefire quick laxative?, recommendations needed?
Hi, I need a quick constpation fix.
I travel for my work, ( Flight attendant ) and need something that will work quickly and effectively before my next trip tomorrow.
This is not a common problem for me so I want to be back to regularity by tomorrow, I don't mind what I take, this is a one off problem hopefully, just the last three days.
Recommendations based on experience please

Castor oil, it tastes horrible, 2-3 full spoons and you'll be done in 20-30 minutes.
Epson salts are very dangerous to use, can produce hemorrhoids and the enema it more to clean your colon than constipation.
next time try to get some aloe vera pills, a couple every night are great to keep regularity but for emergencies!
