Have anyone ever tried the over counter sleep medication Sleep MD?
I was using Ambien, no longer using that how anyone ever used Sleep MD and how effective is it? Thank you in advance.

Be careful with sleep medication, whether prescribed or over the counter. Many of them are addictive.
Instead, I recommend doing something NATURAL. I take two capsules of Coral Calcium before going to bed and find that I often go right to sleep and sleep till morning. I notice a difference when I do not.
