I am still a minor just for another 2months and well I am getting drug tested for my work if I come out dirty does the doctor that is drug testing me have the right to contact my legal guardian? Or is that fall under that Doctor Patient confidentiality thing?

Be aware that a doctor - patient confidentiality can be legally broken if you admit drug abuse or "come out dirty on a drug test". Your doctor are obligated to report the findings to the proper authorities and in example have your driving license suspended...
