Not a doctor, but a nurse. Your height is predetermined by genetics. It can be stunted by improper diet or some illnesses but there is nothing you can do to be taller without medical intervention. A doctor will not intervene unless you will be of greatly less than normal height. A male will continue to grow until age 21 while a female reaches full height at 18.
All the "natural" products that claim to help you grow taller are just scams. They take your money and produce no results. They can claim anything they want. Since they are not tested by the FDA, they don't have to back up what they claim.
