Answers:

Nicole,

If you're tense or got muscle tension, and in addition you are been medicated for HBP (high blood pressure), a pressurized water massage or high impact hydrotherapy would not be advisable. However, you can have a very relaxing warm bath by immersing yur body in luke-warm water in your tub with Epson Salt and Lavander extract. Make sure your water is not hot. And stay in it no longer than 20 minutes.

In the other hand, Magnesium supplementation will prove to be very helpful in your case. Have about 1,200 mg in a day, and split it in three dosis.

Avoid refined sugar, fried foods and coffe since they all exacerbate the tension of your muscles. And try to go early to bed at night.

Good luck! :)
