Flaxseed Oil and Vitex together - safe?!

Flaxseed Oil and Vitex together - safe?

I have been taking flaxseed oil capsules for a few weeks, and would like to start taking Vitex (chasteberry) because I am experiencing fertility issues. Should I stop taking the Flaxseed, or are they fine to take together?
