Hello H Bomb. There is a technique called Creative Visualisation, a book of which you could most likely get at a Psychic bookshop, or your local library.There are a number of breathing exercises. One I found most beneficial, when I had to entertain(nerves), was to breathe in saying"I am", and breathing out saying-"In Control".Then there is Yogic breathing. You breathe in holding one nostril shut, to the count of seven, and breathe out other nostril, to the count of seven. When your really good at this trying breathing in to the count of 12.This is a great relaxation exercise, and fills you with precious oxygen. Good Luck!
