Food allergies also can cause malabsorption problems. Do you have any of these? The most common food allergies are dairy, wheat corn, soy, eggs and chocolate. If you tend to over eat any of these foods, try to avoid them for 30 days to see if you feel better.
One supplement that does help with absorption as long as there is nothing else wrong is cayenne pepper. It stimulates digestion thus increasing absorption.
