Answers:

Hi Daniel.

It is my understanding that it does work. There are other alternatives to taking Fish Oil however. You can alter your diet which in turn will help your body to balance itself. If you change to a Vegan, Vegetarian or Macrobiotic Diet, then you quite possibly could eliminate the problem. My girlfriend's son had ADHD and she put him on the Macrobiotic Diet to begin with, which is very restrictive, but it helped. He does well without any medication whatsoever. My nephew is vegetarian and he has completely gotten rid of his problem with ADHD. If you consider altering your diet, just remember, no sugar or fruit for at least three months, lots of leafy green veggies and whole grains, with the emphasis on "whole", okay? Try this and let me know how it goes for you.

Best of luck, Daniel.
