Are their any good home remedies for pink eye in a child?

My daughter seems to get pink eye all the time and the Dr just keeps giving her medicated drops. Does anyone know of anything else that I can try?

Hi! Yes! We have an old Greek home remedy - make a pot of chamomile tea and really let the tea bag steep in there a while, when its cooled down quite a bit, pour some into a small bowl and get a clean washcloth, and a towel. Drape your daughter with the towel to catch the spillage, and dip the washcloth into the chamomile tea. Squeeze some into your daughters eye, flooding it and letting it spill out of her eye in a "cleansing action". Repeat several times. Let her rest, then do it every couple of hours.

My boyfriend recently had pink eye, so I looked up natural remedies on the internet, and low and behold, my family's chamomile remedy kept coming up. So I did that and I also gave him Reiki (I am a Reiki Master). His pink eye was gone in about 3 or 4 days.
