Has anyone tried probiotics to help with bloating?

Read in magazine that Bio Care Acidophilus is good. Has anyone tried it or can you recommend something else?

A few of you have recommended Actimel. Dairy makes me bloat so would it still be of benefit to me?

I feel that the only good most of these sort of things do is to bring profit to the makers and to Harry Enfield's father - he does the TV ads for them ! ! !
