I think almost positve I am preggers with my 4th child .My question is will meletonin hurt my baby?

I have been taking 3mg (1tablet) of melatonin for about 2 mos to help me get to sleep at night. Should I stop using it if I am preggers? Will it harm my unborn child if I continue to take it? Does anyone know if it safe to use during pregnancy?

Answers:

Usually, I don't recommend melatonin to anyone under the age of 30, because it is a hormone. You are now carrying a developing fetus and its the most critical stage of development.
