Is meditating at night ok?!

Is meditating at night ok?
I know it is better in the morining but I cant wake up early enough and there is a lot of people in my house so the only quiet time is at night. And i do it like around 9:30 or 10 but sometimes even 11:00. I do a 3 part meditation for self-confidence, tensing relaxing, cetering myself, and some visualization. Is this ok to do before bedtime?

Yes, you can definitely meditate at night. I have been a Qi Gong meditation teacher for over five years and we used to have night time classes; everyone slept great.
That being said, it is important for your health that you sleep between 11 pm and 6 am. In Chinese medicine, we place great importance on sleeping during the night. Trust me though, if you start meditating on a regular basis before bedtime, you'll start sleeping like a baby!
