How do you use kinesio tape?

I found the Kinesio Taping Association website, link below. They have instructions on how to apply the tapes, for a lot of different applications. I've used sports tape for a torn plantar fascia in the past, and found the taping helpful. If taping can truly retrain your body and make injuries or other conditions lessen, that seems like a great thing to me. Good luck!
