It works really well under my arms but the middle of my chest also sweats really bad, is it safe to put a little there too?

Clinical Strength deodorant is probably not the best way to go. Your body naturally sweats, this is normal. If you are smelling try tea tree oil that will help with the smell. If your deodorant has parabens in it, you might think twice. They are linked to breast cancer.
