Why is it that everytime I meditate I get this feeling of my right lung being sq!

Question:

Why is it that everytime I meditate I get this feeling of my right lung being squeezed?

I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder but everytime I meditate I have that feeling. Is it because of anxiety? But shouldn't meditation alleviate the anxiety instead of increasing it?

It only happens when I meditate, not any other time...

Answers:

Some meditaions will alleviate it by bringing it to the surface. Some meditations that are ment to eradicate anxiety(or what ever else) bring it to the surface of the mind so it can be released(something along this line). Kinda like you hafta experience it before it can be ended. Which means that yes you do hafta go threw it but as much as you have gone threw is gone. Lastly depending on how much accumulated junk is their it can take alot of work to get to the bottom of it. As you work at it you should notice your life slowly improving.
