The High Blood Pressure?

My moms symtoms are both side jaws are hurting and she is having a tingling sensentation in her feet

Answers:

Most cases of HBP are diet- & lifestyle-related. You will not believe me if I tell you tat most cases could be resolve with rational dietary adjustments such like these (besides using some kind of natural protocol to assist her in the processing of recovey):

1. For every portion of meat, have her eat 1 portion of cooked vegetable(s) and 2-3 portions of raw vegetables.

2. Substitute refined foods--white rice, white bread, white sugar--with whole foods (containing all of its fibers, fats, nutrients).

3. Have her eat a large portions of fruits in the morning--no more than 3 combined. But has to be enough to satisfy her.

4. If she is going to eat cereals, make sure it has not alcohol, fructose, sugar, hydrogenated oils or sodium added. You better get her natural muesli.

5. It is mandatory that she skips dinner. Only allow her to drink the juice I suggested for her in your other question.

6. Avoid just every single canned food, except for black olives, but with low sodium.

7. Never EVER use oils to cook any thing. Oils--even if they come down from haven--once you submit them at a 50 degrees centigrade temperature, their molecule will be adulterated, and it will damage her kidneys and capillaries little by little. Oils should be used cold, after the food is served on ther table. Doing it that way, it will add flavor to the food, and will improve her health.

8. I will suggest you get her olive oil first cold press extra virgen. Make sure it is an italian brand. Don't by Spaniard olive oils.

9. Lots o water with her, but not with meals. She can drink it one hour before or 2 hours after meals, and never cold.

10. Sesame seed drinks will restore her calcium levels in the blood so it help her counteract the high blood pressure.

With these measures, plus the juice and nutrients I suggested for her in the other question, she will be fine. I am absolutely sure!

Good luck! :)
