I want to cleanse my colon, inexpensive way?!
Question:
I want to cleanse my colon, inexpensive way?
Don't answer this question, if you are going to tell me not to do it or anything else that doesn't involve a direct answer to the question. The oc colon cleansers range from $30-$50, can I just use fleet oral solution? I have a strong medical history of colon problems, as well as a family history. My GP and a surgeon that removed part of my colon a couple of years ago suggested it, but I never have tried it. What about taking large amounts of bulk fiber and water? Please if you have genuine knowledge of this question, I would appreciate your answers.

I've lost my job and health insurance, that is the reason I am asking this here, instead of my gastroenterologist's office.

An inexpensive and effective way to clean the colon, I did this twice after returning from two extended stays in foriegn countries, is to use Espon salts. Most salts containers have the method on the package. Usually you just put a couple of table spoons full in a glass of warm water in the morning and drink it. Taste like salt water. Follow it up by 6-8 glasses over the course of the day. Stay close to home! Takes one day and flushes your colon out without high fiber or strong laxatives.
Good luck.
