Hi! What kind of effect does it have when you stimulate the point for the plexus solaris on your feet? Especially whn you're pregnant?

The Solar Plexus point stimulate the Solar Plexus. This point is not a physical point but rather an energy centre that corresponds to the solar plexus or manipura chakra. This chakra is responsible for our "inner fire" and is related to digestion, stress, anxiety, fatigue/hyperactivity, metabolic function, etc. Stimulating this point, just like any other reflexology point, will help brinh balance to that part of the body. This could mean that it stimulates it to work more or less depending on what is happening in your body. It is not contraindicated for pregnancy.
