Anybody taken GSE as an alternative to antibiotics and had good results?!


Question:

Anybody taken GSE as an alternative to antibiotics and had good results?

Has anyone any experience of taking Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE...citricidal) as an antibiotic or for any other reason and had good results. Just curious to know of any experiences with GSE.

I have taken it on occasion. Grapefruit Seed Extract, Grape Seed Extract, etc works pretty good with people that are normally healthy, and non drinkers, non smokers etc. Very powerful antioxident. Combined with a good vitamin and mineral supplement, works great. The reason I mention alcohol and nicotine is the fact that most medications or supplements don't work well in combination with these. Grapefruit Seed Extract seems to have antibacterial actions in my case. Hope this helps.
