I smoked two hits from my friend that she already inhaled but only 2 hits i have a test to take in 4 days I dont want to get a postitive urnine and I haave been taking goldenseal liquid w/ echinacea and have drank alot of wine and beer now this was 3 days ago now I still have 4 days any other suggestions to clean me out???/seriousness only thanks!

Drink lots of water and a little caffeine like coffee, tea, chocolate (diuretic...makes you lose water in urine). However, I still don't think you'll pass, drugs and alcohol remain in your system for longer than that
