has anyone tried this sleep aid i tried last night and it did complete opposite i found it hard to get to sleep and when i did i woke up several times when i woke i found my body was exhausted and found it hard even to turn over in bed. i took 2 tabs 40 mins before bed.anyone had experiences like this ?

Nytol contains diphenhydramine, which is a common ingredient in sleep aids. I sometimes have trouble with it, you can become edgy or irritated, or it will make you drowsy.
You might want to try Unisom instead, it contains Doxylamine succinate, which I have had better experiences with.
