Castile soap is a mild irritant inside the colon so be sure to follow up with a water enema . ( You can generally find this type of bar soap in your supermarket.(Ivory can also be used. you want something that is gentle)
Enema Recipe:
Take the bar of castile soap shave or dissolve approximately 1/10 of the bar in a 2 qt. container of warm water.
Mix well.
Then add this mixture to your enema bag, make sure that the solution has not cooled below 103°Fahrenheit.
