Im thinking of drinking some vitamins everyday, but i dont know which to buy. any recommendations?

Food based vitamins provide maximum bioavailability.

Also take personal testimonials for what they are. People often tell you their testimonial and then make an assertion that the same thing will happen to you. That's the first sign of someone who lacks sufficient education (self or formal) to know what they're talking about.

Testimonials are great! But they only suggest what MIGHT BE possible, and nothing more.
