How to build upper strength fast and brain power???
Ok gotta extend both arms over head and rotate a tarp connected to a rod; this is to cover and uncover a back dump (39 ft narrow dump truck) carries gravel, sand mostly. I thought I had really good upper muscles. I also must remember a few steps. So what do you say? You wonderful world-wide think (tanker)on-line. Thanks N advance!

To do a good job at anything; you need to do it right. There aren't too many quick fixes at anything. If you want to do it right and let it last; you have to eat right, exercise right and not abuse yourself.
Why is everybody in such a big rush to do everything that is important and worth doing correctly?
