it's part of the Gerson Therapy, an alternative treatment for cancer uses juices and coffee enemas. Popular a few years ago but I don't know how effective they are. There are however many more alternative treatments for Cancer that are not quite so .. awkward.
One good way for blacks to stay cancer free is to make sure to get plenty of sunshine. Yes, the sun is actually good for you (it makes vitamin D) and darker skin needs more than pale skin.
