What do you want the supplement to do? If it is to prevent/treat osteoporosis, then the best supplements contain calcium and magnesium in the ration 2:1, vitamin D, vitamin K, boron, silica (often in the form of horsetail - Equisetum arvense) and usually selenium, zinc and manganese. There are a couple of brands here in Australia that contain all these bits - NutraLife Calcium Complete, Microgenics Calcium Complete, Nutrition Care Osteoapatite and Boron. In other countries, I guess you have to read the labels.
