Can you recomend a spiritual or alternative therapy to help heal my physical health?
i've got physical health probs that can't be cured medically. i'm looking for an alternative / spiritual therapy to help heal my physical health and also to improve my mental well being.
i'm not interested in answers relating to Jesus thanks... i'm looking towards other areas of spirituality

You say you have physical problems, then why dont you let us know your problems? I am sure you will find a lot of alternative therapies which will work on you. Many symptoms, disorders and ailments are not cured medically. But there are other medicinal therapies which help. Homeopathy, Ayurveda and Unani are very good therapies.
Alternative therapies are Acupuncture, acupressure, reiki, reflexology, meditation, yoga, music, gems, iridology, pranic healing, and many more.
Spirituality is a personal issue and as such I will not touch it. To each his religion and spirituality is supreme. Spirituality can calm your mind to a certain extent. Physical problems need medical attention. This is where alternative medicines help.
When alternative medicines fail, conventional medicines is the only resort to well-being.
