my mom bought me this pills and on the bottle it says that it will boost up your immune system.....does that mean im going to be smarter?

Allow me to help here, please... Most people confuse the concept of "strong immune system" with "more fucntional immune system". A strong IS means a higher presence in a certain location when needed, and a marked availability of biological resources to assist it to produce those substances that the IS uses to attact invvaders, and so on...
I will tell you why it's confusing. Let's talk, for example, about cancer. Most people assume that if you got cancer is because your IS was weak. Well, guess what: from the IS standpoint, there are three ways to get cancer---1) inability of your IS to interact with genetic material of your cells as to reprogram the genes therefore preventing mutation; or 2) low production of cytokines, necessary for the marking and destruction process of cancer cells; or 3) when the IS is unable to "identify" the degenerative state of a certain cancer cell, due to the complexity of the proteins they use to disguise themselves. Only option 2 speaks loudly of a weakening condition of the IS which makes it uncapable of targetting its enemies successfully.
In other words, you can have a very strong immune system and still get cancer. What most people ignore about the IS is that the primary fucntion of it is not to attack, but to correct and keep the cell's program in tune and working fine. Whenever a cancer cell starts developing, the first thing the IS does is to try to repair it through its "biochemical defense system" (BDS); and only when the IS is unable to undo the damage is when it shifts to "attack mode".
Strentghening the IS, as a general thing, is a matter of lifestyle and not about products. But when you need to induce immune-modulation--to deal with specific molecular conditions--then it makes sense to try to strentghen it. In that case, there are a host of formulas, natural and synthetic products, available in the market for all sorts of specific conditions related to the IS.
Beware, the health market is not always a friendly environment for consumers.
