I'm a newbie to healthy eating. I used to eat junk food mostly and canned, processed food till it took its ...

toll on my physical and mental health. What healthy foods do you make sure you include in your diet?


Answers:

well i changed my eating habits due to illness and now consume organic fruits, veggies, milk and lean meats such as turkey,chicken, and beef. plus lots of fish such as salmon and tilapia. eating healthy doesn't mean you have to do away with all foods...i still enjoy my occasional piece of chocolate cake but in moderation of course. i can say though sodas and fast food are deft not on my list.
