I have heard the DEA banned herbal incense. Is it true?!

Question: I have heard the DEA banned herbal incense. Is it true?
Answers:

WRONG. It has been banned federally. The DEA has taken action to ban some active ingredients in herbal incense. Herbal incense as a whole has not been banned, just some specific ingredients.

State laws also vary some from state to state.

It depends. They banned any formulas with JWH 018 formula because it made people feel like they were dying because of the cannabanoids bonding with the heart and brain. Theyre actually not in any real harm its just an illusion that the 018 created. JWH 250 as far as i know is still legal. They redid the formula making it safer for people. Everyone knows people smoke it to get high. And from where i live near Dallas, TX i know its still legal. Certain kinds were banned, certain kinds arent. And so far every single kind the DEA or FDA banned has just been recreated with a new formula and sent back out named something else but its the exact same thing. Last one ive noticed is legal was called 7H

Originally they banned ALL incense but after studying they found the formula situation so they let some of the kinds go back out on the market.

Studied and use herbal incense when pot isnt available or i need to pass a drug test :)

Some school of thoughts say that it is a cancer causing agent and is bad for health and therefore banned in many places.
