Vitamins emotional effects - notice any changes when using or forgot to use?

It seems that if I miss taking my regular vitamins (B,C,Calcium, etc.) for one day, I'm ok, but if I miss two days, I begin to be edgy, impatient, down, less smiley, less energy. Do vitamins effect you also in similar fashion???
