I think I have an impaction in my bowel. I have taken magnesium citrate,metimucil, stool softners. With some relief, but I still have the impaction and it hurts. I just age 5 prunes. How long before it works?

I don't think prunes will work in such severe conditions and if even if they do they will take quite sometime to take affect if any.
