Apple cider vigegar tablets vs. apple cider vinegar vs. gelcaps?!

Question:

Apple cider vigegar tablets vs. apple cider vinegar vs. gelcaps?

Each tablet contains 108 mg of apple cider vinegar. The bottle says it contains 27 md of "std. to 25% acetic acid" and 27 mg apple pectin.

Will taking this have the same benefits of drinking actual apple cider vinegar? (No matter how much water or juice I mix it with, I just cannot drink that stuff.)

Oh yeah, and do they make gelcaps? And if so, would they be better than the tablets I have?

Answers:

I would take either the gelcaps or the tablets, I dont' think that it matters which, the apple cider vinegar burnt the back of my throat as well as tasted horrible.
