What are some effective at-home, do-it-yourself detoxes or cleanses to make me f!

Question:

What are some effective at-home, do-it-yourself detoxes or cleanses to make me feel healthier?

i've just felt like i've had a 3-month hangover, but i haven't drank since new years... i just feel excessively tired and wiped out, my insides feel cruddy, i've been having headaches and stomachaches, i can't concentrate, my skin has been yucky, etc.

is there an at-home cleanse or detox that i can do that i don't have to buy? i don't feel like spending 100 bucks on a cleanse...

thank you =]

Answers:

Yes, any kind of fiber will not be that expensive, and you'll feel much better. Also lots of vitamins and antioxidents will help your skin and immune system. So try:
1.vegetables like spinach, carrots, celery, corn, beans....fresh or frozen best, can be canned
2. Fruits like kiwi, cherries, strawberries, oranges, apples, bananas, grapefruit
3. Products with antioxidents and fruit juice like Mona Vie (higher end, but great, especially for joint pain, made from Amazon fruit acai and loaded with antioxidents), or fruit smoothies made by Bolthouse Farms (i find them at BiLo, Publix, Walmart, Kroger), POM (pomegranate juice), and Odwalla (sp?), and many other good products.
4. Yogurt and other dairy (try lowfat if watching weight) you want some with live cultures, which are "good bacteria", that help the digestive system function
5. Drink lots of water
6. Try drinking green tea if not a tea person, try a little coffee in the morning to feel awake but not wired. avoid lots of sugar and cream though, you'll have a sugar high and then a low
