If the problem is yourself and you generate very smelly perspiration (much worse smell than normal) then one answer is to take liquid chlorophyll every day. This will help to absorb internal body odours which hopefully includes smelly perspiration that is much worse than normal.
Try a search for chlorophyll + "body odours" and hopefully you will learn more.
All perspiration, of course, smells but some perspiration smells much worse than others.
