Does anyone have any easy home remedys for headaces?
IM HAVEING THE WORST HEADACE AND I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHAT MAY HELP IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
ANYTHING WOULD BE HELPFUL THANKS.

Rule of thumb, If you feel you are getting a headache you apply ice to the back of your neck and heat to the front of your forehead. The theory is to decrease blood flow to the superficial arties of the head. Once you have the headache soaking in a hot bath for 10-15 minutes, It dialates all the arteries and help with the headache. Good Luck.
