Anyone use DHEA or 7-Keto???
Just wondering of the benefits you have felt while taking this medication and how long you have been taking it for? have you had any of the nasty side effects?? Thanks guys!

I had a complete hormone panel done and it showed I was very low on DHEA- about half what I should be. I took 25mg for 5 months, and my levels went back to normal. Now I take 25mg a couple of times a week. I haven't had any side effects. Benefits were bringing my adrenals and hormones into balance.
If you haven't had a blood test to verify your DHEA levels, I don't suggest anyone take it - it's a hormone. And taking hormones without a doctor's supervision can cause problems.
