Indoors and without fear of prosecution.We"re not talking heroin,....brew your own beer-microbreweries?- grow your own "herb" micro-organics- for your own use.Uncle sam is not getting his tax cut- the marijuana stamp act-anslinger- abolish it -outdated and prehistoric.at least START with decriminalization and goe from there. google the anslinger act 1933 i believe? ironic and a contradition.
