I'm thinking of getting an ACE 3000 device for my Arthiritis. Is it effective or is it another gimmick?

ACE 3000 was featured in a local newspaper supplement of Father's Day. But I can't find anything on it on the internet. I also can't find anyone selling that device on the internet, except the local distributor. The device is supposed to be a revolutionary device for arthritis, using microamps (ACE) and researched via Queens Medical Centre, Britian. Does anyone know anything about it, or am I such a lousy searcher that I can't find any info on the device?
