If you start taking a vitamin,can it make you tired to where your sleeping alot more? If it can why?

Although not particularly answering your question, perhaps this answer would be more helpful as I assume you are seeking good health.They are made from petrochemicals, and inorganic substances. Even ones at a health food store, though somewhat better, are still dead and not live foods. Many are not absorbable or in tune with our body. We must look to nature for the answer and not just some pill hoping that will keep us healthy despite bad lifestyle habits.

Use superfoods instead like nutritional yeast (torula) to get your B vits and so forth.

I suggest for true and very absorbable needed vitamins and minerals and their absorption that you try something like Dr Richard Schulze's superfood.

This will meet your needs and give you energy as well. A great product - one of the strongest on the market in my opinion

Also eat lots of raw foods and produce..take things like wheat grass juice, wheat germ, lecithin and other powerhouse foods. Sprout beans, grains, nuts, and seeds as these living foods are superior. do lot of fresh juices made in a juicer and drink within 15 minutes.

Besides getting the good in, you need to get the bad out so do some cleanses to remove toxins, etc like a colon cleanse, kidney cleanse, liver cleanse, blood cleansing, lung cleanse, etc.

I suggest either herbdoc.com again or seeing Linda Rector Page's detox book found at healthyhealing.com She has a lot of cleanses in this book and she is very knowledgeable..also her book healthy healing has some info..

Also exercise will be good..incorporate some walking into your life as it is gets for restoring one's energy as well as reducing stress.

It seems the poster above altered his answer based on this one. I do believe you can get the nutrition you need from an excellent, organic diet as organic foods contain several times the nutrients as well as pytochemicals that cure/prevent disease, but since our foods are so devitalized, we need to supplement this with excellent superfoods or nature's powerhpuse foods like seaweeds and algaes (cholrella, spirulina, various seaweeds like dulse, kelp, etc) and he grasses like wheat , barley, alfalfa grass, and lots of fresh raw produce and its juioces and sprouted grains, nuts, and legumes. Even if vitamin/mineral capsules/tabs have all the nutrients we need most formulas are lacking and many are not absorable and in tune with the body like foods that are designed to work in harmony,.

Empty junk foods, must be minimized or discontinued and the toxins weighting our systems done and a clogged colon encrusted with hardened sludge that blocks nutrent apsorpsion while polluting the liver and bloodstream must be cleansed. we should not expect a pill to keep us healthy when we are eating bad foods, unpure water, and lacjking in exercise, positive and loving thoughts, stressing out, and not enjopying the sun and breathing fresh, clean air. It just isn't going to happen..in this century we must work at our health and not expect some pill to give us a quick fix.
