I've been suffered from ear trouble for over 3 months now started out as an ear infection doctors have now said this has cleared but my eustation tubes are still blocked and will clear with time. but i am now left with a fullness feeling in my ears and i am popping them all the time.

Thanks everyone :D your comments are all very good and have given me the confidence to book with a local therapist firstly then if all goes well i will attempt myself.

I am going for a 40min appointment to have both ears done and a facial massage also which releives tension in the sinus area! and its costing £25 which if i get the result im hoping for is great!!

Anything will be better than how they feel now! to finally be able to get rid of this fullness feelin in my ears will be a dream come true!! thanks again xxx

They are fabulous! I would recommend that you go to a practitioner in the first instance - although you can do it yourself, it's best to have a treatment initially from someone who's trained. Boisun candles are the only ones that therapists can get insurance to use so I only ever use these as they are the safest - and so, the best. Look for local thermo-auricular therapist or if you send me your postcode, I'll let you know who can help you. The cost of a treatment is in the region of £20
