I'm not sure what Calista is but there are a number of herbs that have been used as "aphrodisiacs" over time ranging from Garlic to common plantain, to ginseng, to Joe Pye Weed. You may have to just do some trial and error on those herbs. Just do a search for herbal aphrodisiacs. To make a tincture you would powder an herb, put into an air tight jar, pour some high proof vodka over it till it covers the herb. tighten the lid and shake it vigorously and set in a spot that is OUT of direct daylight. shake it daily and turn it over after each shake to keep all the herb thoroughly wetted. After 14 days, the tincture should be ready, 21 days for roots, however. Filter out the plant material. Take once or twice a day 10 to 20 drops at a time. It may taste bitter so putting that dosage in a cup of tea or coffee will make it more palatable.
