No and let me tell you why cause this so called south african hoodia is not really from south africa the kind that you will find in the vitamin shops are american grown but if you were to actually eat real hoodia it would would work but the diffrence between the kind thats sold in GNC and the ind that the africans eat before going on big hunts is that africas nitrogen content in the soil is 70 times greater than ours and the nitrogen is what hoodia thrives off of........
